Hey athlete!
CHALLENGE is 1 of the 10 human drives that makes you and I feel fully alive.
You know this...when we are no longer being challenged or challenging ourselves, a little part of us dies- sometimes we call it "losing motivation".
In January, I took part in a challenge with a group of crazy people (also awesome people) called 5 at 5. Run 5 miles, at 5 am, everyday of the week except Sunday.
