Athlete could have been great BUT...

This is the #1 reason why I decided to write The Unstoppable Athlete, the 3rd and final book in the Athlete Success Trilogy (releases 4/23).

Over the last 6 months I have worked with a dozen different high school and college athletes who are flat out disappointed in themselves because they have either plateaued or gone backwards in their performance.

I've learned over the years that progress is not automatic. Just as a tree does not automatically grow and reach it's full potential, neither do athletes. There must be an intentional process that includes watering, caring for the seed, exposing it to sunlight, etc. An intentional process...

***Another essential part of a tree becoming a tree, is that the seed has to go down before anything comes up. This is the process of being willing to take one step backwards in order to take two forwards, a concept that every young athlete needs to understand AND embrace if they are to become Unstoppable.

It upset and frustrated me that so many athletes are still unaware of what it truly takes to reach their full potential (in sports, and life). They ignore the bad habits, misconceptions, and mistakes that many young athletes make in middle or high school that end up costing them big time and holding them back. This is why I wrote the guide, The Unstoppable Athlete.

Then what happens? These athletes and their parents reactively call me up looking for a quick fix, a fast solution, or something to "make it all better..."

The truth is, there are some things that can be quickly fixed. Reaching your full potential and becoming unstoppable is NOT one of them...

Where your athlete is today is a result of their mindset, decisions, and habits over a long, previous period of time.

I wrote this book so that every single athlete could know how to get onto the path to full potential. I wrote it so that they could be inspired, equipped, motivated, and finally know the indispensable mindsets, decisions, and habits of the best athletes who end up becoming UNSTOPPABLE and actually reach their full potential.

I don't want another day to go by where athlete's are going backwards without realizing it or having the maturity or resilience to embrace it. I know what happens if they don't learn and apply the truth about what it really takes to be their best.

You cannot microwave a college scholarship, breaking records, or any other long-range goals. There is ONLY working smart and working hard for a long enough period of time to reap the rewards.

Working smart and working hard- The Unstoppable Athlete will teach you both.
