Contract Changes!

PFP Family!

We are reaching out today to share some important changes that we know will ultimately benefit you. 

You come to PFP to get results, experience transformation, and build friendships and relationships that will last forever. You’ve probably noticed we strive to be “More  than just a Gym” in every aspect of how we operate. 

When we first opened in 2014 we decided that we would NOT be like other “gyms”, who want your monthly payment without any accountability when it comes to attendance and progress. That’s no way to reach your goals! 

If you make a payment, we want you to use those sessions. We want you to come in our doors, be challenged by our coaches, put in the work, and feel good about your progress. With that in mind, we are making an adjustment to the way your sessions work.

Starting May 1st 2022, you will have a full 30 days to use sessions you’ve purchased. Our team is always standing by to help you get scheduled, answer questions, and pause payments if you need to catch up. Our goal is to help you reach your goals - which starts with consistency!

This does not mean you are losing sessions you have already paid for! We understand “life happens” and you may have built up sessions on your account. We get it and as always are committed to doing the right thing for you! 

Therefore, from 5/1/22 to 10/31/22, we are giving you time to use any unused sessions you have in your account. Not sure how many you might have? We’ve got you! Reach out directly to Chrissy (chrissy@pfpfit.com) to find out. 

We want you to use your sessions - every single one! Can you imagine how strong, fit, energized, and proud of yourself you will feel once you ramp back up your training?

How this works:

All current sessions you may have accrued will be active through 10/31/22. 

Any sessions that you purchase from 5/1/22 moving forward will be subject to the 30 day expiration.

Let’s work together to be stronger, fitter, and more confident than ever. We know what happens when you put extra time and effort into something good for you and good for those around you. These are called Class A life experiences- things are good for you and for everyone else around you.

*Additionally, we wanted to let you know that starting May 1st, 3-4x/week small group training will change to unlimited. That’s right - you can come to as many classes as you’d like every week! 

Because the price per session for the unlimited small group contracts are so heavily discounted, these do not rollover. So make sure to prioritize your training as best you can and ask us if you have questions about your account.
