Hi! My name is Dave Peak. I started at PFP in January of 2023 and have been consistently training 2 days a week with Coach Chris. My reason for starting at PFP was because I have CP and I walk with a cane because my legs are weak and I would fall because my legs weren’t strong enough to hold me up. My goals were to increase my leg strength so that I wouldn’t fall as much and to get stronger and healthier overall.
The best part of working out at PFP has been the staff. Coach Chris and Elise have been my biggest supporters, encouragers, and motivators through my journey to be more independent, confident and strong. My proudest achievement has been that I have not fallen in a long while and that my confidence to live life on my own has increased. PFP has been the best thing for my life and I will not go any other place.
