Good morning!
Think about your role model. The one, two, or three people you look up to and why.
Close your eyes and think about what it is that you admire about them. Their consistency, their engagement and focus when listening to others, their discipline and self-motivation, their thoroughness, their patience…
Now tell yourself the following:
I cannot change my past, I cannot changed my current circumstances, but I can begin taking steps toward a better future.
That’s it. It is simple (just not easy). We become who we think about and what we think about. Think about your past mistakes and current dissatisfaction, you will get more of that. Think about and visualize the you that you want to be, and you will become what you think about.
Tonight's “Become BETTER as a Result of the Coronavirus Webinar” is going to be a major mindset shifter for you and your children. I shared the premise of it with our team yesterday and they agreed. It is going to be a game-changer.
There is no cost, no catch...just make sure to be there- by yourself or ideally, with your family. You’ll leave with clarity of direction for where you should be heading moving forward. I know, fog is the opposite of clarity. Most people are foggy right now and are struggling to see past current circumstances- I will help de-fog so you can pre-plan for future success and happiness.

EMOM - Every Minute On the Minute. Begin the prescribed number of reps of each exercise at the start of a minute and then rest for whatever time you have left until the next start-of-minute.
Round 1: Get 20 (5 Min)
- 10 Squat Jacks/10 Hand-Release Pushups
- 12 Squat Jacks/8 Hand-Release Pushups
- 14 Squat Jacks/6 Hand-Release Pushups
- 16 Squat Jacks/4 Hand-Release Pushups
- 18 Squat Jacks/2 Hand-Release Pushups
Round 2: Lunge Mountain (5 Min)
- 10 Lunges (Or Lunge Jumps)/20 Mt. Climbers
- Repeat

Round 3: Burp Down (5 Min)
- 10 burpees/plank for rest of minute
