Hi my name is Rachel Roupe. I am 18 years old from Boonsboro Maryland. I graduated high school in the class of 2021 and I am currently playing Division One softball at Liberty University. I major in Biology and plan to further my academics by going to Dental School. I have two loving parents, an older sister named Grace, and a younger brother named Jimmy. I have been attending Players Fitness and Performance since I was in 8th grade and since then I have fallen in love with the process of improving my overall health and bettering myself mentally and physically. Throughout my years at PFP I have been able to learn how to cope with failure and remain humble with success. The staff has become a family to me and they have been great mentors throughout the rewarding and stressful times that come with being a student athlete. Players Fitness and Performance will always be more than a gym to me because of the relationships they build outside of sports. It is important to know that you are more than just the sport you play or how much weight you lift, and the staff at PFP has always made me feel more than that.
