13 point life assessment

You weigh yourself to assess your weight, but do you regularly assess yourself in the other areas of your life that matter most?

Below is an example of my new and improved 13 point life assessment.

For each area I simply journal a few notes about where I am today, where I want to be, and then what I will commit to in the next 30 days to close the gap.

These may be similar to the areas that matter most to you, but your areas will likely differ at least a bit. Customize it to match your values and then repeat the assessment monthly!

  3. My Family
  4. My Time- how is my discipline? My structure? The consistency of my schedule?
  5. My Media Intake
  6. My Ministry- am I ministering to people daily? How is BaaM going?
  7. My Finances- am I being both generous and frugal?
  8. My Friends
  9. My Attitude
  10. My Thinking
  11. My Adventure/Travel/Fun
  12. My Physical Health and Fitness
  13. My Mission- am I operating in my areas of gifting? Is our business making progress towards the vision, or is there too much distraction/friction? Am I doing what I am created to do? Is the vision, mission and values aligned with our systems?
