Overview
Foundation building is wise. We partner with parents to help young athletes build self-confidence, strength, and athleticism by engaging them in structured fun, guided exploration, and bodyweight movement mastery! Kids who develop a positive association with fitness pre-puberty develop more confidence, passion, and perform better in the long run.
PFP helps young athletes:

- Develop a rock-solid foundation to build on including hand-eye coordination, rhythm, balance, agility, and strength
Rock Solid Kids—Small Group Personal Training
Ages 8 – 11 (FREDERICK LOCATION ONLY)
Ranging from $20-$40/session (depending on frequency), athletes will receive:
- 1:6 student-coach ratio
- Build fitness foundations with an emphasis on independence
- Customized program for each student
- Build leadership of self, athleticism, and performance
- Become courageous, disciplined, and self-motivated at young age
Middle & High School Athlete Training
Overview
Middle and high school athletes often struggle with finding the right motivation, battling procrastination, and dealing with difficult coaches.
We help 12 – 18 year-olds breakthrough the mental and physical barriers holding them back from their full potential. We accomplish this through customized program design, fitness and mindset training, and love-powered coaching to challenge athletes to be their best.
PFP helps middle and high school athletes:
- Develop positive associations with fitness
- Increase strength, stamina, and speed
- Become more confident in all areas of life
- Enhance their sports performance
Small Group Training

Ranging from $20-$40/session (depending on frequency), athletes will receive:
- A 1:1 Success Session to get comfortable with the program and make an assessment
- Customized training approach with regression and progressions based on the individual athlete's needs and goals
- Improvement in strength, endurance, and explosive power
- Support in overcoming self-doubt and limiting beliefs
- Accountability on off-days to keep progressing
- Dozens of training times to match busy schedules
College Athlete Training

As a college athlete, your child may be missing out on the right coaching and accountability to push them to reach their full potential.
PFP has coached over 160 collegiate athletes to get to their next level. We provide a growth-oriented experience that helps athletes succeed not just on the field, but also to equip them with the right tools and abilities to create success in every arena of life.

How old do you have to be to join PFP? Is there a minimum age to join?
PFP works with youth, student-athletes, and collegiate athletes. Minimum age requirements vary by location, so we recommend checking with your local PFP facility or exploring our Youth & College Athlete programs for more details.

How much does it cost to join?
Do I have to sign a contract?
No commitments, no contracts—ever! Life is too unpredictable for contracts. We even give you a full 30 days to make up any unused sessions.
